PayForge sells and delivers digital subscriptions to consumers as the merchant of record. We own the customer transaction, taxes, refunds, and chargebacks — and source content from our partner suppliers.
As the seller of record, PayForge owns the full commercial relationship with the consumer — from checkout to tax to support — and settles with content suppliers as a vendor.
PayForge is the merchant on every transaction. The consumer purchases from us under our terms of sale, and our name appears on their statement.
We collect and remit applicable sales tax and VAT, issue refunds under our policy, and absorb all chargeback liability as the merchant of record.
After reselling subscriptions to consumers, we settle with our content partners as suppliers under a wholesale agreement — net of our resale margin.

PayForge Services FZE purchases digital subscription content from partner suppliers and resells it to consumers as the seller of record. When a consumer subscribes, they are transacting with PayForge — not with the supplier.
Our name on the statement. Consumers see PAYFORGE SERVICES on their card and agree to our terms of sale at checkout.
We own tax compliance. PayForge registers for, collects, and remits applicable sales tax and VAT.
We own refunds & disputes. All refunds and chargebacks are handled and absorbed by PayForge as the merchant.
Suppliers are vendors. Content partners are paid under wholesale agreements; they are not merchants on our payment accounts.
As the merchant of record, PayForge holds direct merchant accounts in good standing and operates in full compliance with the terms of our payment partners, including Stripe and PayPal.
As the merchant of record, PayForge processes consumer payments on our own accounts through industry-leading, PCI-compliant infrastructure.
Win back churned subscribers with automated recovery flows.
Easy upgrades, downgrades, and tier modifications.
Event-triggered notifications for every subscription action.
Advanced security and chargeback prevention.
